Australian Orders

Deliveries within Australia are guaranteed free of customs and import duty. Standard GST is included in the product / artwork total. For local Australian orders we use Australia Post with a Flat Rate $15 AUD. Our Fine Art Prints are packaged and rolled in a tube and sent via Australia Post, our team will email tracking once your parcel is sent. For our larger Original Canvas artworks we will roll and send in a tube and send via Australia Post with tracking also. Please contact our team if you require any additional information to assist with local framing. If you would prefer your original artwork to be delivered stretched please contact our team and we can provide a quote for stretching & local courier delivery.

International Orders

Please contact our team at studio@spacecraftaustralia.com to arrange a quote for overseas postage / delivery. Our Fine Art Prints are packaged and rolled in a tube and are normally shipped within 7-14 days and we endeavour as soon as possible, although due to the print and signing process, your order may take up to 1 month to arrive in the post. For international orders, you may be subject to import duties, taxes, and delivery service charges levied once a shipment reaches your country. You must bear any such additional charges for customs clearance.

international shipping:

For delivery outside of Australia – the final price of your order on our site is in AUD$ at checkout, does not include customs duties and fees that your country may apply upon delivery. Such duties, if any, are determined by your local authority and are obligatory. For more info about customs duties, please contact the customs officials in your country.

Artwork is hand-signed by the Artist. It is also accompanied by its very own Certificate of Authenticity.

Returns / Exchanges

In accordance with the ACCC guidelines, Spacecraft is NOT required by law to provide a refund or replacement in the situation that you have changed your mind and/or selected the incorrect size. Outside of items that possess a major fault, Spacecraft does not have to offer a refund, return or exchange for any item.

Our website has detailed sizing and artwork product information and our staff are more than happy to take additional measurements for you, provide detail photographs etc.

We do have an extremely compassionate team that does its best to ensure your satisfaction with your purchase. Please get in contact with our team if you have an inquiry on your purchase.

To be eligible for an exchange, your artwork must be packaged with the original packaging.

Any artwork that has been marked in any way, cannot be exchanged. In the event that we no longer possess a suitable exchange, a credit note can be arranged in place of an exchange.

Shipping

We will send t-shirts in a satchel via express post and you should receive within 7-14 days, we will send parcel tracking once packed please read the above terms as per international shipping of artwork.

Returns & Exchanges

We do not offer refunds on any of these products exempt from faulty merchandise. We can provide an exchange in the event that you have changed your mind. We do not cover your shipping to return the item in the event of an exchange. The item must be returned unused. We also offer credit notes to be used at a later date - if there isn’t a satisfactory exchange to be made at the time. If you are overseas please contact our team to discuss.
